These is one of the movies that I will never get bored of watching. It is really fun to watch and encouraging. This movie is all about the process of an ordinary girl who turns into a princess and later on a Queen to a country that is so new to her. Here’s something.
1. Opportunity
Being in a higher authority or should I say being in a leadership is indeed an opportunity. You get to do things in your way and your opinions matters to most of the people under you. Lets not take advantage in this. Is it an opportunity for the princess to voice out to make a changes for the country. The same goes to you and I who are in a leadership, an opportunity to voice out our opinions.
2. Love
It is only by love that you can be a better leader. Love your people. People that works with you and especially people under you. I believe a great leader is one that take good care of people under he or she. How the princess and the Queen treat their servants, how much the Queen and Princess love their country that she will marriage a man that she do not know for the sake of the country. Love is the key.
3. A blessing
Definitely when you’re in a leadership and you choose to be a blessing towards others, you will be. Not only in things that you do for them but just being yourself you can be a blessing towards others. The country is so blessed to have this queen and princess, the great character, positive, the love that they have to the country, to the people.
4. Words
This is the most powerful. Your words. Your words will automatically become powerful when you’re in a leadership. People do what you say, people listen to you, and your one word will change a lot of things around. From a simple dinner to things around the country. One reminder, be wise in making decisions, be wise in your speech. But with this, you will be able to voice out your opinions a lot more than most of the people. Well, your voice out will change everything so better be wise. On the Princess Diaries 1, the princess was in confusion on weather to be or not to be a princess and this best friend of hers come to her and tell her how blessed she is that she will be able to voice out her opinion at her age to change things happens around. At that time I was still holding a role of leadership, a very important one. This encourage me a lot.
